neen :

Has anyone been to 'Club St Lucia by Splash' in St Lucia before? My friend is getting married out there next year and was wondering what it was like?

Tara Fabulous :
"tacky hotel"
Sally J :
"I went to St Lucia a couple of years ago but to a different hotel/resort. It is lovely there and I am sure you will have a wonderful time. The island is gorgeous, the weather great. Enjoy!"
HappySally :
"I got married there in September 2003. It was the best way to do it, we had a fantastic time. Everything was fine with the holiday and the Wedding. It is not a top class hotel so don't expect Sandals but for the price it was great value. Food and facilities were good and we will definetely return. You will have a great time!"
kara :
"I;ve been there before it;s a very nice island i must say."
Fabulous Me :

Has anyone ever been here, and if so what do you think about it, was it worth it? Any suggestions or tips for going there?

Juba :
"yeah, beautiful island, excellent beaches, relatively cheap, if you like to snorkle or surf, perfect spot, Rodney Bay, Castries, everything reachable by rent a scoter, weather is great did not rain for days a bit windy on afternoon but just for refreshment, not bad at all."
juvsu :
"I would stay at Sandals. I just got back from a cruise and we spent the day kayaking in the bay in front of that resort. Go to pigeon point and visit Ft. Rodney. Its historical and cool."
My 2 cents :
"I was there three years ago and it was awesome! There were definitely some rainy spells, so you might think about that when packing. I went scuba diving and it was very worthwhile...saw my first sea turtle. Food was good, but not great...I understand that's pretty typical for any of the islands though. Have a great time...bring lots of film!"
isis :
"It's a great island!! I have been all through the Caribbean and my favorite were :St.John, US VI; Graneda and St.Lucia. If you like horseback riding they have a stable/tour place, that takes you riding on the beach.....lots of fun and very pretty island. Planning my next BIG trip to St.Lucia and want to stay at (my secret find) Ladera Resort. It looks amazing. Have a great trip if you go!!"
ThePoohBear :

We are deciding between Aruba and St Lucia. I really like Sandals in St Lucia and he likes Aruba.

just my opinion :
"That is the tropics......like hurricane alley."
zen522 :
"It depends on the time of the year and what storm fronts they have moving at that time. Good Luck"
Nort :
"I may be wrong, but I think it's in the hurricane zone. If you go there, try to buy trip insurance that iincludes hurricanes in case you need to leave early. Good Luck Aruba is also beautiful,"
jessye1996 :
"NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! U should go to Hawaii. i got married when i was 15 !!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Christines256 :
"ooh i think being in a hurricane would be fun"

The seven games thus far haven't been a waste...we saw a fifer, a century and plenty of good fielding and young players of promise. by Lucia Bill/In the two hours it took me to get from the gates of the FBR Open to my car, parked 1.4 miles away, I realized for the first time the amazing power of the sporting event. The 200,000 attendees were a surprising bunch. Rather than a sea of Cadillac driving, McCain-funding old money making deals on the 16, the stands were filled...
