Discussion on St Catherines

lynn g :

lena is in her 80's and lived on george St in St Catherines . I am interested in finding out if I have any living relatives.

Jack :
"Are you talking about St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada? If so, there are a couple of Kowalchuks living within a block of George St. I'm guessing that they might be related. I have a house just down the street from one of them. E-mail me from my profile and I'll give you their phone numbers so you can follow up."

The Golden Horse Shoe area of Niagara, Toronto and St Catherines are on the same latitude as of southern France and Spain. Why dont we have the same warm weather as they do? and Why is this area known as the banana belt?

Just The Idea :
"You got air coming from the arctic. They got water coming from the equator. Which one is warmer?"
TwoDots :
"The North Atlantic current is one of the strongest ocean currents in the world, of which the Gulf stream is the precursor. It works like a conveyer belt. Surface water in the North Atlantic is first cooled by westerly winds from North America, making the water more dense and salty so it sinks to the ocean floor before moving towards the equator. Driven by winds and replacing the cold water moving south, warm water from the Gulf of Mexico moves upward into the Atlantic. The effect of the current on climate is dramatic. It brings to Europe the equivalent of 100,000 large power stations' worth of free heating, propping up temperatures by in excess of 10C in some parts. The climate in spain is diverse, being affected by altitude (Spain is the second most mountainous county in Europe), the sea (Mediterranean or Atlantic Ocean) and continental effects (central spain is in effect in a large land mass). There is also of course a significant difference between north and south Spain."

need the whole address for st catherines house

joolsmc :
"St Catherine's House 10 Kingsway WC2B 6LH Nearest station is probably Temple or Covent Garden tube stations."
BigMomma2 :
"Yes Temple or you can get off at Holbourn station and walk straight down Kingsway. If you are getting to London via Waterloo station you can walk across Waterloo Bridge and then you are more or less there. Also its something I recommend to anyone going to London as so often we miss the sights by staying underground."
alp647 :
"according to multimap nearest tube is temple nearest railway station is charing cross"
jay jay :
"Looks like you need the tune to Temple, with London set out the way it is you the nearest station will be the one trains from where you live run too."
rdenig_male :
"Holborn is the easiest as there are exits on to Kingsway. Some have suggested Temple, but I wouldn't advise that unless you know London very well as it could be quite complicated to navigate from there to Kingsway. Waterloo or Charing Cross for mainline services"
Kevan M :
"Nearest Train Stations would be Charing Cross. Waterloo. Blackfriars. Each ranging from 15 to 30minutes walk away."
Hoodoo :
"This is the St. Catherine's House address : St Catherine's House 10 Kingsway WC2B 6LH This is the map of location so you can see the nearest train station. From the looks of that photo it looks like Holborn : ,+London,+WC2b&searchp=newsearch.srf&mapp=newmap.srf"

Thanks Craig for identifying a way to approach a very slippery subject. Are these categories supplied by the fields of the profiles when submitted or can they be "mined" somehow?...always reaching for the moon.Catherine McQuaidcatherine@HuntNewBiz.comhttp://www.huntnewbiz.com

A new poll of women has shown that it's not just Michael Douglas who thinks that his wife Catherine Zeta Jones is the best looking actress in town by voting her to the top spot in the "World's Most Beautiful Star" list.

Based on a number of conversations with several officials, it seems clear this was a cia operation, either in whole or in part that took out al-libi earlier this week. and separately us officials are not steering us away from report that this was at least the second attempt on al-libi in the last year. Per Fox News, Catherine Herridge.
