Port Said - Egypt

Port Said is a northeastern Egyptian city near the Suez Canal, with an approximate population of 500,000. The economic base of Port Said is fishing and industries, like chemicals, processed food, and cigarettes. Port Said is also an important harbour both for exports of Egyptian products like cotton and rice, but also a fuelling station for ships that pass through the Suez Canal. Port Said also thrives on being a duty-free port, as well as a summer resort for Egyptians.

"the easiest and the cheapest way to reach port-said is to fly to Cario at first;and than take a bus to port-said.i know the city has a coast to Mediterrean,but there is no way to reach there by ferry from Turkey."

I don't have the title of the book - just know it is about Palestine and the 1st WW - it mentions ships in Port Said.
